I 444 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between i 444 and its users ("Members").

• If any suspicious transaction is detected, i 444 reserves the right to place the payment on hold and conduct an investigation.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been met.

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit. A minimum 10x wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal of this bonus.
• Reload Bonus: The weekly reload bonus is issued every Monday and is subject to separate wagering requirements.
• Cashback: Weekly cashback is available on losses above a specified amount. Cashback is directly withdrawable.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other active promotions at the same time.
• Bonuses that are not used within the designated period will expire and be forfeited.
• I 444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the cash out feature may be used if available.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳100. Maximum limits vary by sport and event.
• Up to 20 selections can be combined in a parlay bet.
• Pre-match bets will be refunded if the match is abandoned.
• If odds change during live betting, i 444 reserves the right to reject a bet or accept it at the updated odds.
• I 444's decision on match outcomes is final.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, i 444 reserves the right to void the affected bets. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the i 444 platform. Violations may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets or making transactions artificially to exploit bonus offers.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or algorithms.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or hacking.
• Using i 444 for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of a third party.

I 444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• If your account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months).

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance will be made withdrawable before closure, unless it has been forfeited due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
